About Us

Our Mission

Our mission is to support beekeeping in the east central Ohio area counties of Fairfield, Licking, Muskingum and Perry. We provide our membership with educational opportunities, updates on current beekeeping information and methods, and promote public awareness about the important benefits of beekeeping to our global food supply . Please feel free to Contact Us with any questions you may have.

Our Meetings

Our meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at Taft Reserve South, located at 10383 Fairview Rd SE, Newark, OH 43055. Meetings begin at 6:30 PM. It is a potluck/snack affair, so please bring a dish or snack to share with the group.

"Bee" Come a Member

The East Central Ohio Beekeepers Association is a group of hobby, retail and commercial beekeepers, who work with these incredible animals for enjoyment. We work to educate the community about the importance of honey bees, which pollinate many of the staple foods we enjoy, from fruits and nuts to productive pasture for livestock.
