You can order from any beekeeping supply company. If you are looking for local resources that you can call and drive to, you can find many vendors on the Ohio State Beekeepers Classifieds.
Two vendors close to everyone that carry grommets, screws, tensioners, wire embedders and support pins are Conrad Hive and Honey, and Simpsons Bee Supplies

Build your frames - he does not put the grommets in the side bar holes, but you can Google how to do that easily.
Remember, you will find a million ways to build frames online -
Install your wax in the frames - Electric method
Install wax in the frames - spur embedder - after putting a raised plane of wood under your wired foundation, use the embedder manually along the lines of the cross wire to embed the wire into the wax. Be careful to nly embed the wax, not tear the wax.
There are videos out there using monofilament to held in wax - once you become more experienced you can choose new and different methods to build your equipment. You will see it all!
You will want to get them installed as soon as you can, but keep them warm and out of the cold in the meantime
